Genting UK has been awarded the Multiple UK Casino Operator of the Year at the 2020 British Casino Awards.
This is why the Best Casino award is truly for the best casino in the online casino industry. The British Casino Awards, organised by Casino International publisher Datateam Business Media, in association with the National Casino Forum (NCF), is designed to benchmark and champion excellence in the gaming sector.
Now entering its third year, the prestigious awards celebrate excellence across the gaming sector. The Multiple Casino Operator of the Year award is open to any UK-based operator with four or more land-based casinos.
This year Genting UK were up against Grosvenor Casinos, Aspers, Caesars Entertainment UK and Napoleons (A&S Leisure). Genting UK was also recognised in the nominations for Overall Casino Operator of the Year.
The event was held at the Crystal Room at London’s The May Fair on Tuesday 4th February and was attended by industry professionals from across the UK.

February 6th saw the industry celebrate the first British Casino Awards, held at London’s Hippodrome Casino…
It was a night designed to celebrate the best of the British casino industry, with fine food and drinks, good company, and a polished awards ceremony with a superb host in comedian Ian Moore.
A significant amount of money (£1290, $250 and €20) was also raised on the night for charity CHIPS through donations; and in an utterly wonderful gesture, Genting pledged to fund an entire powered wheelchair for the charity.

We would also like to acknowledge the work of our esteemed judging panel, who also presented awards on the night. The group comprises Linda Lindsay (CHIPS), Tracy Damestani (National Casino Forum), Colleen Hickson (National Gaming Academy), Jimmy Howard (independent marketing projects consultant), and Julian Harris (Harris Hagan law firm). Julian’s place was taken on the evening of the awards by his law firm partner John Hagan.
